Hello,

In the ideal conditions (0.2-3.2mm for Intermediates and 3.2-5.0mm for Wets), the tyres could probably complete all of the race without puncturing.
The limiting factor is fuel - the generally accepted maximum fuel per stint is around 40-45 litres, any more than this in a stint and your likely to lose a lot of time.

Note: Different managers have different perceptions of what the maximum ideal fuel load per stint is, 40-45 is a general estimation. If you want, you can load up to 120L per stint, but you'll lose a lot of time to other cars.
Note #2: The ideal water level for each tyre also splits opinions. Some people put the Intermediates on at 0.1mm, others at 0.3mm, I have just written a general estimation.
