Managers climbing to the top of the Hall Of Fame, playing with themselves in empty leagues. Why?
 

Because no matter what you do in life you'll always encounter people who desperately want recognition as being the best but don't have the skills to do it on merit so they find a workaround. As long as it makes them feel good about themselves no harm done, the rest of us know it's all a bit sad.
