I just completed my first 2 races, and according to the guide you're supposed to get 40XP for scouting and development per race. For some reason, in the last race, I earned 52 scouting XP rather than just 40 and now it's messed up the equality between the development and scouting XP.

At the moment, I have 102 scouting XP and 90 development XP. Shouldn't they be equal?

Scouting XP and Development XP do not stay matched for long, my Scouting XP is 4577 and Development XP is 4575.
