What did you try to do?
We getting to new season it should be resetting our design points...

What happened instead?
so my friends and I just finish our season.. than new season start...and it should reset our design system and one of my friend design point didn't get reset.. he was 250 design points (in pro league). and the others are having 120 maximum design points... he leave the league and re-join but the design points didn't reset.... so what actually happened.. is it a glitch or a bug

When he left did he join another league and leave before rejoining yours?  If not he needs to leave again, join another league and and then rejoin yours.

Yes, it's a glitch which seems to be random. Simply leaving and re-joining won't reset the car. your friend needs to join another league briefly then re-join your league.

Any other league with places available will work. You don't need to do a race, you just need to join for a few seconds.
