For me it is Project Leyendas 

For me, it's got to be Project Leyendas

Project Leyendas for online racing and The Last Dance for offline.

Currently - Project Leyendas without a doubt.

DWC could make a strong case as a runner up (if they could make away with their ever changing rules).

Notable mention - Liga de Leyendas.


OFFLINE RACING:

The Last Dance has no equal.

Project Leyendas is the strongest. 


Discord World Championship is the strongest 100% league, with several Liga de Leyendas / Project Leyendas drivers. The ever changing rules of DWC are what make it great, it takes the best managers to quickly master them and succeed there, rather than following the same winning strategies every season which often happens in other leagues. 

Personally, I would say Project Leyendas even though you have to contact the host to join and there are “teams”. It’s the toughest and maybe the most fun league I have been in.

Only try Project Leyendas when you’re ready to be beaten. Every. Single. Race.
But it is so much fun.
