Just wondering if there are any rules for the host.
Can a host, for example, insult other players?

As far as I know, EVERYBODY has the same rules of personal conduct to follow on here.  Ergo, if a host is insulting people in race or league chat, that person can be reported by anybody of any level, just like anybody else can.  Just report whomever it may be, through the correct channels, to the moderators and they will look onto any such problem.

This is exactly why we have moderators, report it to them pls. 

Hosts shouldn’t insult, no single player should.
