IGPManager Extented Script

Hey All,

I am making a script to extend basic functions of IgpManager:

Current : In development

Version : 0.4
Language : French (my language)

FAILITIES FEATURES:
- Show balance after buying a falicity
- Show amount of money / level needed to buy a facility

- Show this season / next season design emphasis ratio below slider.

GOBAL FEATURES:
- For each polar graphic, datas are show below in progression bars (For driver, staff and suppliers)

GOBAL FEATURES:
- All Progression bar show percentage
- Behind all humor icon : Value of humor (ex: 6/10)

RACE FEATURES :
- On the qualification tab, show gap between a driver and previous one
- On the qualification tab, show gap between a driver and first one
- On the qualification tab, show speed gap between a driver and previous one
- On the race tab, show gap between a driver and previous one
- One the race tab, show progression in race (difference of position between start and end of race)

Great idea! I am tired of looking for percentages via browser dev tool.
