I think it would be a good idea to have tooltips on tapping the icons for the league rules, or have a single button which can show all the rules in text form. Currently we only have icons, and it's not always clear what the icons mean.

Eg. Fuel refueling, tires etc. I see either green or grey. What does it mean when green and when grey for each icon? In my league we have refueling and 2 tire rules, but refueling icon is green and tire icon is grey.
