Give league hosts more choices

I'd like to see league hosts have more choices over the league, such as being able to enforce rules such as having to use at least two dry compound tyres in dry weather, give or take away the ability to refuel during races and general rules which apply across all forms of motorsport. After all this is a GPManager game, so it should encompass and welcome different forms of motorsport.
There could also be other types of motorsport available such as 24hr LeMans, this would be an awesome feature to have and would most likely see a huge increase in site traffic.
I understand some of my points have most likely been discussed before, however lets have a look at these options and think about which direction iGP should be going in

It would be pretty neat to have a 24 hour of LeMans.

Managers from all around the world would live manage as long as possible, then go to sleep.

I don't think there'd be any more 'Honey...'
I think it would be responsible if it was not possible to live manage 24hr races, and give more emphasis on practice, setups and strategies as those who would stay on for a crazy amount of time would just have a stupid advantage. 

seems interesting the James options..... COuld be more strategic and more thinkfull for make strategies...  like other eras/ages of the F1.
