I had a simil problem also in this team.. i can chose between 2 staff, with the third staff i had wrong bonus...?
I have already canceled  cache

Hi,
I've got the same problem since last update.
Showing acceleration in green when my engineer's strength is braking. Not sure if it's just a visual problem or will affect the actual improvement after the current race.

It is not visual. I have just entryed in a new league.. and my reset was wrong...

Same problem. Also not sure if it’s visual as research seems slightly less.

I found that there is an update problem.
I chose a CD , but other team can only see a different

Profile 1: selected acceleration CD. It changed but it showed me in development the strenght of the previous CD I had (braking). I joined a new league and it allocated all points in handling. 

Profile 2: selected handling CD. It shows me the right strenght in development. I joined a new league and it allocated all points in braking. 

Profile 3: same as profile 1. It researched without the extra 10%. 

The bug is not visual in any case scenario.

i tried with this team. I can chose between 2 CD, BUT THE THIRD DOESN'T WORK.
How can be SOLVED this???

Do not believe this is just visual. Had a teammates account be slightly short on research despite having the same cars before the race and same staff selections. As far as I can tell from quick math he lost the Designer strength bonus to his research. Our cars are now no longer identical, 2 points apart (early season), we will check again after the next race

I suggest you to check CD of your teammate and ask e your teammate to check  your CD  for checking if you can see the right CD chose

Did check correct CD selected and incorrect strength displayed in car tab, and the math lines up with if he had no CD bonus to research at this time. Will attempt to recheck at next race in about 11 hours. *for note: when I check his account from my account it displays different CD than his account shows selected in interface*

I think that this is THE PROBLEM. 

Same issue here.
Cache cleared, no change.
Seems to have been since around the 'league rules' update
