Pit crews

To get a more in-depth feel we should be able to hire/fire and train pit crews for a faster time. Maybe even a new building for our headquarters.

That's a great idea!

This has been discussed in previous threads. If there is even a new building in the HQ, that would just further increase the distance between the low-level and high-level managers. If this is implemented, the time difference should not be too much, like just 1 second between 20 lvls or sth similar

That would be nice would a lil difference in the game maybe even add like a tool jam and add some time to the pit for screw ups may affect the out come

we need a normal pack of crew and a pack of backup crew. i think at least 6 jobs are required for non-refuel-able races(7, 8 for refuel-able races)

1. two jackmans 


2. 8 tire carriers (4 for unload tire and 4 for add tire)


3. 4 tire changers


4. two stabilisers 


5. two people to adjust the front wing angle.


6. “lollipop” man


7. fireman


8. refuelling man


9. driver assistant(for changing steering wheel; if necessary)

there could be more if needed
