What did you try to do?
In our Legue (CrazyLeague for competitive players, id=17573) promotion and relagation are enabled.

What happened instead?
Two players were promoted from PRO to Elite. However, the two Rookie players that were supposed to be promoted to PRO have NOT been promoted (despite the number of Rookie players was 15 in the last race of the season)

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

bug not dependent on device's model

iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?

Can the bug be reproduced?

Additional comments:
PRO players were promoted as expected. Rookie players were not (despite the number of Rookie players was 15 in the last race of the season)
