im trying to play but when i press the go to race button its just keep on a black screen and no charging, this is just pathetic, every single thing that is launched on the game it just bring more problems, im really tired of this

Can you put a video on a site like YouTube so that we can see the problem?

Right after launch we had a bunch of complaints from South America that the game was not loading the races, and we discovered that people could load the race if they used a VPN. You only had to load it once as well, then it would always work even without the VPN. That is also somewhat beyond our control, because it's about Amazon's distribution network and not our own. If that happens to be the problem in this case, please try using a VPN in the USA or Europe to connect and see if that works.

Hi Jack, i would try to upload a video, but im not in south america anymore, just still representing my country, but im playing in Canada, and i dont use any kind of VPN. https://ibb.co/fSP90kd i couldnt create a video, but thats what happen when i press the launcher

I notice you are using Microsoft Edge, can you try Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome? Edge support is known to be patchy at best. This simple tweak might resolve your issue, we don't really guarantee support for Microsoft Edge.

yes, i tried yesterday with Chrome and Opera, but was the same, at least today i just tried viewing a race from another league and it was working, hope that works when i need too this afternoon. thanks Jack.
