Nothing the PC is running perfectly. Every other program is fine.

Its all happened after the update.

It happens every race. It is now stuttering all the time. I have 100 meg broadband, via cable.

Several other people have left the game because, and its really anoying now.

Please bring back the old 2dviewer , or give us the option to choose between both if that 'd be possible .

We're going to run some experiments next week to see if we can improve this at all with some tweaks. If you'd like to join the team that test it please let us know and José will contact you.
The challenge is that the networking code was rewritten entirely to increase accuracy with the live timing. It's easy to have a smooth race that is way out of sync with timing or a more jumpy one that tries to keep every car exactly where it should be at all times with all manager interactions. It's always a balancing act.
