Car Design Low?

My current car had 86% across the board.

My next season car, which I put the emphasis on all season is at 6%.

I'm also on race 14. Why is my design progress this season so abysmal?

i think your design slider is being set to This Season,try to make it 50:50 between them or just slide it full to the Next Season

and try also go to the training section and choose designer,that should increase your next season parts and leveling up your designer

There are other factors too, if you cloned other teams parts it has a detrimental effect on your development for the next season. What level are your designers? I noticed your Chief Designer has very little experience, try get another one with high experience. Put a decent amount of designers on each part (I use around 11/12 designers on each part)
