What did you try to do?
In last few days (maybe already a week) I tried to launch the live viewer without success. I use the browser version because I've installed Windows 7 32 bit and I cannot run the desktop version.

What happened instead?
The live doesn't load more than 90%, sometimes with a "run out of memory" message sometimes it's like the live viewer freeze.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 7 Ultimate

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
I tried to running the live in Chrome, Firefox and Opera with similar results.

Can the bug be reproduced?
A similiar similar thing happened months ago but it was eay to be fixed by opening the DevTools and remove the error. Now it is no longer possible to do so and I think that the errors are different.

Additional comments:
Browsers and drivers updated, the cache cleared and I launched the program with just Igp Manager and live viewer tabs opened. No other program was running (I tried even with the antivirus disabled).

Here you can take a look to the screenshots I took: https://files.fm/u/m57vw2vac

Hello,

Unfortunately the viewer does not offer support for Windows 7 (which Microsoft decided to discontinue at the end of 2011). Most browsers decided to stop providing updates for these systems as well (only critical security or stability updates are released). This coupled with the obsolete specifications of these machines makes it impossible for us to run the game on this operating system unfortunately. One more case of the planned obsolescence that the big companies force us into, there is nothing we can do about it from our position.

Hello,

I'm aware of the facts you just reported but c'mon, you can't jus say "we can't do nothing". With this OS I can still play modern games, even those in flash. It's seems more a problem correlated to iGP, maybe due to last update.

I'm confident that it can be solved by acting on DevTools, as I already did just few weeks/months ago. If you show the screenshot to a developer maybe he can tell me how fix that problem (I think it's correlated to the settings of the browser or java) or he can fix for anyone else in my situation.

Modern games and Flash doesn't fits well in one sentence as Flash is deprecated and phased out years ago, the official player finally declared EOL and blocking content in 2020 even. :-)

iGP Manager can't do much there, it got to use up-to-date standards especially in browser. Security concerns aside running it on outdated systems will work as long as the browser manufacturers supports it in feature updates and/or component manufacturers provide driver updates. I'm in the same boat if I delay getting my new box much longer, that's just how it is.

Hey Frank, I know I've had to upgrade for years lol And one day maybe I'll do it
Until some weeks ago I could fix the problem by opening the DevTool, selecting "Event Listeners", "Errors" and then by clicking on "Remove". After that I just had to reload the live viewer and it worked.
Now it's harder for me to fix it but I believe there must be a way to make it work like above. Or maybe it's just a matter of (Java, system or whatever) setup.
Maybe with these screenshots (https://files.fm/u/m57vw2vac) you can get an idea of the problem.
