What did you try to do?
Hi, today (24.04.2022) at 21:30 Polish time we played the first race of the new season, I should add that this is the first race with the new "no refuelling" feature.

What happened instead?
Until about lap 8 everything was fine.

Then there were problems:

- Boost is not working

- Tire temperature does not respond to the driver's push setting

- The driver did not respond to the commands to enter the box

The race has become completely unplayable. The problem has been detected with all managers at the entire elite level and partially at other levels.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Huawei p40 Lite

What is the version number of the operating system?

Hello Aleksander,

Thanks for reaching out for your issue. It looks like someone in the league isn't using the latest available version. If a manager joins a race which uses any of the new league rules it'll corrupt the race for everyone.

This seems like such a widespread problem. Can't the people who haven't upgraded be denied entry to the race? Otherwise the while experience is ruined for everyone and there is no point gaining entry to the race. Surely an error message on race load saying "please update the app"bwill suffice?
