Intermediate/Wet tires !

Is it possible to change the options for Intermediate/Wet tires in advanced settings? 
Current settings are from 1mm of rain and above. Is it possible to change it from 0,1mm + ??

What I mean is that the current options says that if the rain is above 1mm, then apply intermediate/wet tires.
But we know that Intermediate tires actually work from 0.3 mm+. 

It happend many times that rain starts to fall, drivers who are online go and change tires (to Inters), while drivers who are not onlline and who have applyed their advanced strategy options - have to wait for 1mm rain to change it.
Their cars still drive on dry compound and lose time, instead to to change it to Inters/Wets.

Theoretically it should put inters on at 0.1mm if you have set to 0mm, but I've never tried it in fear of the game putting inters on anyway even in the dry lol

Yeah, but why to put Inters at 0,1mm if for example rain never goes above 0,3/0,4mm or stops after few laps.

I dont think it would be too much problem for devs just to add 0 before 1 and :) (IF this, THEN ...)
