How to manual delegate?

Hi,
My friends and me have a league and we're finishing it right now.
We invited a new friend, but he join on PRO league instead of Rookie (where we are).
Is there any way to delegate my friend to rookie again?

He is completely alone in PRO and we have promotion disabled (and we don't want to enable it) because we want to play in the same league (we're 10 friends that want to play together).
He has level 9, but he's not competitive as us, because he doesn't play too much and he want to play in rookie with us. :)

I researched some, and I found that he can join to an almost finished league with promotion and delegation enabled to delegate him there, and then he will join on Rookie league with us again?

Is this possible? Do you now any league where we can do that?

We finish our league on 2st of May, I don't know if it's possible before start second season. :(

If your friend can successfully finish last in any league, he can join as rookie the following day. There is no need to wait your next season.

There are many leagues that race daily. Your friend should be able to find a pro tier not full with more than 14/16 or 28/32 players.
