Race scenario:

Malaysia ??, rain during the day over 3mm however dries over the last 30 pre race and thus race ends up being totally dry, two tyre rule enforced meaning two dry compounds need to be used. 

Advanced setup used as manager cannot make the race. The setup was done 2 hours prior to the race when rain ? is well over 3mm and manager has no internet access after this point to check further. 

What advanced setting are required to run the best race and not get disqualified in this scenario considering the rain. 

Best to treat it as a dry race. Set dry tyres for the stints you are going to run. In the advanced settings, set wet tyres for 3mm and up and intermediate for when it stops raining.

If it rains the game goes for wet tyres, if it starts out dry it will be running the set dry tyres.
