In almost every kind of motorsport races, the tire provider of each team will give a suggested strategy on which tire they should be using and when they should perform a tire change. (check out this tweet here so that you know what I mean). What do you guys think, shall it be added to game?

yea, we DECIDE the strategy and the tire provider give SUGGESTIONS.

Why would you need a suggestion? You are already informed of the expected tyre life from the practice lap data. 

The game already suggests the number of stops you should do for a race and also a default (suggested) fuel load for each stint (in a refuelling allowed league) or total race fuel (for a no refuelling league). If you believe these suggestions in a league full of strong managers you're not going to be competing for a win.

So what would this add to the game? If the tyre suggestion is sub-optimal people will complain that they follow the advice but lose by half a lap and if the suggestion is the optimum strategy you're just dumbing down the game.

Driver already gives SUGGESTION I hope you don’t follow that though, hope you DECIDE on other strats
