When Talent 20 Drive availible

Hi, I was wondering at what manager level, Talent 20 drivers become availible?

Any level. The higher your level, the higher the chance

That beeing said, i started spotting them at academy building level 11 but as Giovanni said, at that level they are rare

I have to partially disagree Kevin. My answer was based on academy and marketplace. Since the talent matters on driver's level, when you are level 5 or 15 on the marketplace, you can find more drivers having higher talent but less ability in order to balance its level to your level (or a lower one).

The minimum talent 20 level I have ever seen is 8.
