sometimes when users don’t have coins to select ideal set up, they need to test the setup, and it may not be enough for some newbie to set the data, can the devs add more practicing chances so that user can have more chance to do an ideal setup for each driver?

A newbie will compete in Rookie which means the setting range for Ride Height and Wing Level is 1-50. Five practice laps are enough to find the driver preferred setup.
If they still can't work out how to do it there is a guide in the Forum - Help & Support section which lists the ideal setups for each circuit.

Like I said, the guide is a last resort.
In Rookie you need to find a number between 1 and 50 using a maximum of five guesses where you are told "higher" or "lower" after each guess. It's a simple logical solution by halving the difference after each guess. Once you know the numbers, make a note of them because the next time you race at the circuit, providing the weather is the same and you haven't changed your driver, the values will be the same.
This game has been around for quite a few years and finding the correct chassis setup has never been a big issue once you get your head around it.
If you had suggested turning off driver errors in practice and give us more laps so that we can understand how changing suppliers influences lap time I think many managers would agree with you...

Sorry guys, I'm having a bad day. It has been pointed out to me by someone far more awake than I am that the ranges are:
Rookie - 1 to 20
Pro - 1 to 50
Elite - 1 to 100
So there's even less of an excuse not find Rookie settings in 5 laps.
Thanks for putting me straight Rhys.
