So raining makes track slippery and slippery track means more possible accidents may happen. If we allow to use DRS during rainy weather, that could be a threat to drivers

I'm not entirely sure I understand what are you suggesting?
Are you saying the Devs should introduce DRS in wet races to make crashes a possibility?
If this is what you mean then my thoughts are "no thanks".

no i mean when ppl set up a league, they can choose to Deny the availability of using DRS in rainy situation, just like DRS and DTM races in real life
