Hello everyone. As the name suggests, a guy is cheating by using secondary accounts to upgrade the vehicle before anyone else. He waits until the last moment before the race to improve the car and the others cannot improve the car that same day, and thus get extra development points.  Does anyone know if this has a penalty or how to fix it?
