A new season started for me and I saw my design, I put everything on next season, but I can't design, because if I put 34 out 100 of my designers on chassis, the next design will be on 2 August and my last race this season ends on 1 August and that's the same with every other thing that you can design. What can I do?

The more developed your current season components are, the more designers it takes to get the earliest delivery date for the next model.
You'll need to assign more designers on a component you need to develop.

As the parts go up in level you'll have to make choices on which part to improve next; you won't have enough people to do them all anymore.
