What did you try to do?
I host CrazyLeague (ID 17573) and disabled refueling 48 hours before starting new season

What happened instead?
refueling appears still enabled

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

What is the model of your device?
this is a configuration settings of the league

iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?

Can the bug be reproduced?
YES

Additional comments:
would it be possible to disable the refueling for CrazyLeague (ID 17573) and explain how long in advance I have to disable refueling?

You have to apply all rules before the new season is generated. New seasons are generated immediately after the final race, so the latest time you can select rules is BEFORE the final race of the current season. 

For this reason you can see that waiting until the break between seasons won't work.

Hi Kevin,
thanks for getting back and clarifying the issue. Much appreciated.

This is a new feature and I was not much familiar with the implementation requirement (changes are applied to the next season). CLEAR, I have learned it the hard way for the future.

In our CrazyLeague we switch refuelling/not-refuelling every season. As this is NOT a bug, I would much appreciate if you could help us disabling refueling for the new season that will start tomorrow.

Just to manage your expectations, Mods and SMods have no access or privileges to the back end of the game so we are unable to help you.

You have done the correct thing by reaching out to the Support team (I will flag the new thread) but it was a user error (as opposed to a bug) so there is no guarantee they will be able to help.
