If you align driver mistakes with push level without disconnecting the relationship between push level and tyre temperature you're just going to make winter races a mess because everyone is pushing harder to keep the tyres warm.
You're also penalising people who, because of their location, race the European circuits in the middle of the night.
Finally, you're going to make the harder compounds even less attractive because they have to run at higher PL to keep them warm.
Next someone will suggest to align it with car development (handling or something) in which case it penalises lower tiers and makes the chances of race defining errors more likely at the beginning of a season just after the designs reset.
All of these suggestions have been made many times before and all have serious flaws if you stop and consider the wider implications.
I never said align it with the tyres or push level it would be a totally independent thing?
Its based on a time, the longer you stay aggressive the more chance of a mistake, same concept as temps but an agression bar.. I think you read it wrong bro
