What did you try to do?
Nothing. The speedometer in the race viewer was limited to the 1st gear and wouldn't display a speed above 16 MPH. Not an urgent problem as this didn't affect the race at all. Just a minor bug that shows incorrect speed.
What happened instead?
Admittedly, leaving and rejoining might have solved the issue. However might still be worth looking into.

Additional comments:
The league I am in is a no-refueling league so that might have something to do with it. Also the bug occured during the race in Azerbaijan
