In the prestige league Singapore race held today, the game disqualified me even though I complied with the double tire rule. During the race, it showed the tire as unused on the visual screen.

Hi Ferhat, sorry to hear that. Could you elaborate on the final sentence? This will really help us to identify where the issue is located, as there are many steps to preparing, initialising, simulating and processing the results of a race. Are you saying that during the live race the wrong tyre was shown as on the car? That it wasn't shown as striked out? That it was not shown on the tyre history panel? It could mean many things, so the more specific we can get the easier it gets to fix it.

Also, did you capture a screenshot or video of it? That would be very useful. If you didn't get a screenshot, did you talk about it during the live race? For moderation purposes we keep chat logs for a short time (e.g. if we have to review reports of abuse) but we could also use the chat logs in this case to review when it was discussed and narrow down when it happened.

I couldn't get a picture on the screen, I started the race with S tires. At the end of 14 laps, I put on M tires and continued the race. But on the time screen, it showed that I did not make a pitstop in the tire image and it continues with the s tire even though the M tire is installed. At the end of 31 laps, I re-entered the pits to make the last pit and put on s-tyres, and the disqualified information came as I completed 44 laps in the race, which was made over 45 laps.
