My reputation was at 6290 or something and than a new season started. In this new season my reputation is going down fast, but I'm ending good, why is my reputation going down? Is it because the other managers in my league have lower reputation?

Yes. You would retain your reputation better if more managers were present with similar reputation levels

And now there was a race that I won, lost 5 reputation and after that I suddenly got about 20 reputation again. Why did I get that reputation suddenly?
