Just wanted to point out that after last night's Silverstone race 6 drivers showed up the league feed as having set a new Qualifying record there and the entries were in reverse of the slowest time to the fastest, but also that the main record showed the 2nd fastest time and not the first fastest. This was on Wets and Inters in 3mm rain (from memory) and since been surpassed by someone else in the dry. 

Just wanted to mention it because I've never seen that happen before and i was curious as if the dev's are putting in new records for dry/wet or something else was going on as in a bug maybe.

Hello Chris,

The qualifying records have been reset and that's why what you yourself have seen has happened. It's not a bug, so you might see the same thing in the next races if someone manages to set a new record. 

EDIT: It's a known bug what you have reported! The team already knows. Thank you! :-)
