Every time I try to log in on my pc it says "the Web page is not available? I can get on fine on my phone just not my laptop and the rest of the website works just not the login page..?

Have you tried logging in through incognito mode? Or private browsing mode?

Given the internet problems you mentioned previously Jake, I would suspect that is the cause here as well. It sounds like it is timing out. See if you can find a stable WiFi connection before playing.
