Weaker DRS is always a good idea so we can make tracks like Monza funnier... Now Monza Germany Abu Dhabi and many others are very boring. Ah, DRS is literally broken in Spain
I think the drs is has actually been fixed as it’s much better than it used to be, what we need is stronger dirty air or a little more pace for p1.
It doesn’t pay to be leading the race when behind you can easily catch up with the drs train, this would also add more strategy as everyone is going to want to be in the lead and not have a last lap boost fest.

Srry, but i'm thinking its ok how it is.
Perhaps, a little more less dirty air (10%).
Perhaps wets with a tire wear of 2,5 or 3%, Inter with 4 or 5% would be fine.
I prefer other suggestions to make the game better in variety.
What is about those players who don't have a chance to get DRS?
And if a player is 0,9 seconds behind, he will get DRS but he doesn't overtake the player in front of him because of the weaker DRS.
I have no idea how a good compromise with 2 DRS should look like.
We absolutely need weaker DRS. I’ve seen people pass opponents that were more than a second ahead by getting DRS off lap cars. Irl getting DRS doesn’t guarantee a pass even if you’re only half a second back (depending on the length of the zone). Weaker DRS would make defending a position actually possible, whereas right now even with identical pace you can’t stay ahead. This might force the faster car to decide if boosting past or losing time to make the move without boost was the better strategy, and the car ahead could use boost as well to continue holding up the faster car, among other strategy options this would create. Not to mention currently the strategy is as much “how can I get DRS on as many laps as possible” as it is “how can I get my pace to be as fast as possible”.
Absolutely agree with Randy! Tracks like Italy, Abu Dhabi, Austria, Australia and many other don't have any sense. They are more boring than wet races... You can't make any breakaway and you have only to stay in the group. Also the strategies are connected to that issue. You can't make any different strategies since the majority of the group will have better luck because they are more. This is not fair according to me.
But if you have 1 or three DRS zones, it doesn't change anything. With one DRS zone you have the chance to get away without boost. How would you get away if there are two or three DRS zones?
Remove the boost, but add a second DRS zone - that's better. Firstly, without boost it will be really fair races, not remakes of Top Gear and similar arcades from the Sega Mega Drive era. Secondly, a weaker DRS, but in two sectors of the track, will make any race and the results much more unpredictable and realistic.

I don’t believe just making DRS weaker will solve the problem. Look at Belgium where DRS has always seemed weaker and you still have same issues. Not sure that removing boost would make it fairer, but as it has always been part of game difficult to comment. However, think what wet races are like with DRS and taking boost away would make them even worse.
A much broader overhaul of the game is needed. Tyre balance needs to be improved (coming soon) and made more sensitive to different track and temp conditions. Improving these factors including DRS, boost and making them variable between tracks would be an improvement.
It is is also worth bearing in mind that we have had full dirty air, no dirty air and now partial dirty air and it hasn’t made big differences to gameplay
Being able to see where the DRS detection points are would be helpful.
After the first lap that drs is enabled you should know know where it is for the rest of the race. Or if you been playing long enough you should know before the race ?
