i got the message from antivirus that the file is infected by idp.generic but after i make exception it still not work and keep get the same message about infected file. also when the file for 3d viewing started it ask me to make a team but i already have a team ???

Hello Eric, first thing, you did download the game, depending on device, from igpmanager.com or official app store? The problems you encounter sound like your AV program didn't save the exception properly. Also to figure out more we'd need the type of your device, operating system and version, the AV software used and which file throws the infection warning.
