I am sorry to hear that you are finding yourself with £46 million of in-game debt. However, this is easily recoverable by following the simple steps within this thread -
Financial Deficit.
For your drivers and staff, you are likely to have to buy new ones. This can be done in a number of ways:
1) Through the
transfer market, which was recently changed. Auctions were shortened to only 4 minutes in length, meaning that there are overall more staff available on your transfers auction list throughout the day. Additionally, any tokens now spent by managers who do not win auctions are now returned.
2) Additionally, the
Offices and Hospitality Headquarter has been revitalised meaning you are now able to generate your own staff. The cost to release each staff member varies depending on their level, but once released, their wage is likely to be lower than if you had bought them at auction.
