What did you try to do?
I bought the $5 epic driver package and have been training her up daily. She was my reserve Driver and has never yet been used to race. I have plenty of budget available to pay her, so there was no way it could have been caused by a finance issue either.

What happened instead?
I went to train her today and she has dissappeared.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Was this one the driver? If so, his contract expired, looks like you forgot to renew it!

How could the contract expire if it was good for 20 races and she never raced?

Is there a way to get a refund, or get her back?

That was her. Just bought her back for 10M and didn't realize the salary would be 500K per race vs the 190K it was before.....can't afford that and will now have to sell her.

What a depressing, horrible experience. Gonna be hard to stay motivated to keep playing after this fiasco :/

Hello Dane,

Contracts work in the same way for active and reserve drivers/staff, each time a league race takes place (not quick races) one race is deducted from their contract length.

There’s nothing we can do to help you unfortunately, it would be unfair for other managers since this is not a bug, it’s a game mechanic.

As a middle ground solution I propose you to get a refund of the 9 tokens spent to buy the driver again but in exchange I’ll have to deduct the cash earned. Please note this is a friendly support assistance action and it’s a one-time chance.

Additionally I recommend you to read the guides posted in the forum by other managers, there’s a whole library of knowledge waiting for you!
