A manager in our league ran inters for all stops in a wet dry race in Canada

What happened instead?
Player was disqualified

I have seen a similar issue.

The rain stopped before the race started but the track was wet. Most players switched from wet to inter so were OK but two players that didn't sign in ran on inters all race and were DSQ.

Martha, I agree in your case this was not a bug.

But in the case of the OP I think there might be a bug.

If the rain stopped after the race started it would have been declared a wet race and nobody should have been DSQ.

If the rain stopped before the race started it would be a dry race and it is correct that the all inter team is DSQ. But the team who finished 4th who ran Inter-Soft-Soft-Soft should also have been DSQ because they didn't use two different dry compounds.
