Sack commercial manager?

Should I sack commercial manager? I'm level 8 on both and I don't feel like I need the commerce building now.

I have 3.5M in bank
I paid 600K for my commercial manager, same also applies to three other staff positions.
Currently earning about 1.4M profit per race.

I'm currently saving my money for either wind tunnel, test rig or KERS.

My league races on Sun, Tue, Fri and Sat.

if you sack your commercial manager, you won't have enough staff and this will prevent you from racing in the coming race.

sack current, and then auto sign a lvl 1 commercial manager. it costs 1,000 a race, not 100,000's+ ;)
also reduce marketers staff to 1.

commercial stratgegy is sorta broken in iGP (and in need of a major overhaul), so no one bothers using it.
youd be better spending that wages and costs on car repairs.

when he retires, ill replace with a new lvl 1 :)

another quick tip, if your other staff have 10/10 relationship you can resign them closer to 350,000, maybe less.

not True Ezio.  I've not got a comm manager the game does not care.

I will now auto-sign the commercial manager.

Currently my 4 sponsors are paying me about 1.1M per race, not 1.5M. 2 of the 4 sponsors have 10/10 relations.

Technical director is also one of the staff you can just as well autosign.

Keep in mind autosigning is the cheapest with 1.000 a race while just signing a lvl1 will cost you more.

All technical directors just say the same thing?

They had no impact on pit stops or anything?

Technical Directors are only useful in your first ever season, given that you picked them right. By your second season,  you should already have collected data on the fuel consumption per lap, which is the only thing TD's are actually useful for. Aside from that, they give default setups, and considering you're on the second season, you will already have previous seasons setup.

So after this season (when his contract normally expires), replace him with auto-signed one?
