Staff level up

Hi everyone,

I am just curious, how do you level up staff such as doctor, technical director, chief desginer and commercial manager?????

All the numbers for each position maxed out at 20, and yet they are still at level 8...............

Is there a way to level them up or is there nothing I can do about it beside finding new staff???????

Staff doesn't level up, only drivers do. So basically the best way is to let contracts end and hire new and higher level staff if you want them.
