My game was running normally in 3d configuration, but two days ago it changed by itself to 2d and I can't change it because the button icon is "ghost". My cell phone is a Moto E 7

That button ghosting out usually means the device isn't meeting minimum requirements. However at least on the RAM side the standard Moto E7 just meets it for phones and exceeds it in case of the 4GB variant. I'll ask internally if some devices were blocked intentionally lately or if it's something accidental.

Hi Rodrigo, as Frank suggested we did actually block the Moto E7 and all variants from accessing 3D lately, as we had negative reviews/reports from a 2GB variant. Which variant are you using exactly? I can unblock that model specifically, if you are saying that the experience was fine.

Hi my friend, I'm really sorry for not replying to you earlier, I hadn't seen it. I would be very grateful if this change could happen to be able to play in 3d again. It's a great gaming experience in my opinion. Thanks again, and I'm sincerely sorry
