In the tutorial guide, it says Race Now earns level XP along with cash and driver experience. I have won several “Race Now” races and they never add any level XP to my profile. Is this a bug, or have the updates changed the rewards earned for winning these races?

AFAIK Quick Races add 1 point to driver experience for every 20 QRs they compete in (For league races it is 1 point every ten races).

Quick races do not add Manager/Team Level XP. The exception is for teams that only compete in QRs (do not compete in a league) and in this case the Level XP gain per QR is 10 points with a maximum of 10 races per day.

For a L17 team 100XP can be gained in one league race providing there is a L20 team competing in the league/tier. So it doesn't really make sense to drop out of a league and use QRs to gain experience because league races are much more effective.
