What did you try to do?
Kept giving me a 2.0L fuel reading every lap (barring a couple I had to push on), but was using more fuel than that on some laps without telling me.

What happened instead?
Over the course of the race my fuel was becoming more and more marginal. Started with 105L. Mexico @ 2.0L for 52 laps requires 104. I was checking every lap the fuel used, and it always showed 2.0 apart from the handful (3-4) of laps I had to push to 2.1L.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
iPhone

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
15.5

Can the bug be reproduced?
I wouldn't know.

Additional comments:
Was on PL4 for most of my laps on Mediums. Kept giving me 2.0L as the fuel used, I wasn't changing the PL on most laps.

FE was 70. Fuel per lap in practice was 1.98

The practice was probably incorrect. I made a thread about that.

I'm getting 2L/Lap for PL3. Depending on how safe you want to be, Pl4 would have been 2.03L - 2.05L.

The practice probably led you wrong, but yea a better fuel display/reading would be welcome.

But as it's only to one decimal place in-race, surely it should only be 2.0 that's counted. Regardless if it's 2.01/2.02/2.03 etc.? I'd get it if it was 2.05 and it rounds it up to 2.1 and shows me that during the race. But I didn't think it was secretly taking the .XX off of the fuel load behind the scenes?

Haha, from what I've seen so far, it counts the exact usage regardless of what is displayed.

Still learning after over 1000 races I guess. Thanks for answering the thread.

Surely if it's taking an exact amount,it should be showing you an exact amount? Over the course of a long lapped race like Mexico there is a big difference between 2.0 and 2.04. Only takes 25 laps to be 1L out.

Maybe they can tie things like this to Tech level? The better your level the more precise readings you get shown? I don't know.

Yeah that would be helpful. I only realised when 0.7L of my 1L extra had already gone and I still had 20/25 laps to go.
