Do the same tires have the same percentage limit on different tracks?
If we say: soft tires cannot be less than ten percent, is it the same for all tracks?
Then, what is the limit for each type of tire? Also, what happens when they wear down to zero?

They will explode and your car will be very very slow when going to the pit lane. Your race will be ruined.
There is no reason to go below 20% in any condition or at least I don't imagine any race length or weather to do it.
