Cannot open 2D view

During the race i tried to open 2D vew but it shows that: \"All free trial slots of the 2D Viewer are currently in use, Subscribe to unlock 2D access\". BUT - i did not used any of them yet (its fourth or fifth race but i did not use that 2D yet).
On the main menu i have still this: \"You have 3 trials of the 2D viewer remaining\" - i can give you a screenshot if you need.

There are a limited number of slots open for use by trials. Open the race as soon as you can to increase your chances of getting in. You\'ll get to use your trials eventually.
