Switch from monthly to annual subscriptions?

There's no option for that once I'm on my monthly recurrent. The second month of subscription has already started for me.

If I hit "cancel subscription" and then get the annual one immediately, will my 2 cars leagues becomes affected?

Nothing should change, you should be able to switch seamlessly.

If I hit "cancel subscription", the payment for next month is stopped, while the current subscription will still run until the date shown?

That's correct. Although if you use PayPal standard you will likely need to cancel it within Paypal.com. Here are the instructions:
