invalid user credentials

when i am logged in my account and try to create a new car and change colors with the editor and try to save , it says invalid user credentials. i tried many times and relog and reload or restart pc but it does the same. it wont save car colors in the editor. the game seems to not log in my account in the editor. how can i solve this ?

Nope i do not have multiple tabs.
Note that when i open the editor , there is a message at the top about tutorial and create a team then the editor opens.
I tried uninstall igp manager and same problem it change nothing. It keep ask me to create new team and tutorial but then it load but when i try save my car colors it says invalid user credentials all the time. I play on a pc with windows 11. have downloaded igp manager from the game in the car editor when it ask if i want to see in 3d.

i uninstalled manager many times. tried with your link also. i reenable tutorials like u say. it ask me to create a new team ??? i cannot do tutorials have to make a new team which i dont want to do! how clear cache ? i did not see that option in settings in the manager.

finally it start tutorial again but it change nothing at all.
still same issue it keep ask to create a team.

i already have a team so what should i do since the igp manager keep ask me to make the beginner tutorial and create a team ??

looks like support does not exist here. still no news about my problem report.

i use windows 11 and dont know how to take picture it dont work and i dont know why it dont save or maybe it save somewhere else... anyway i describe u the problem here. when theres a race and that i open igp manager when the game ask for it by click the link on the window that pops up, the igp manager program opens and keeps ask to create a new team and/or make tutorials but then it loads anyway and i can see the race. when i get to the car editor to change color , when i try save , it says invalid user credentials. i dont know how i could explain this better and a screenshot would only show what i just described.

u said to me to clear cache from settings. i dont see where can i do this ? i saw nothing about it in settings.

When you open Settings, it automatically opens on the General Tab.  At the bottom of this tab this is a big dark bar with the words ‘Clear Cache’.  You press on this to clear cache

there is no clear cache black line in my settings. when im in general i dont see what u said. it says music sound language and a few things but no black line or clear cache... i still cant edit my car colors. the car editor keep open asking for tutorial and then bring me to the car editor but if i try save it says invalid user credentials. nothing changed. still waiting for your solution.
