Hello Akis,
It's probably because the season had ended and therefore the cars had been reset. I've never made a rerun of the last race, but as the new season has not been generated, this has happened.
If it turns out to be a big problem, I can generate the next season. Otherwise, you have to play with this car design.

Translate So we have a problem again : All elite managers have attributes of 1-3 while promoted managers have car attributes in the 40s . Most probable cause is since elite season ended game counted the rerun as a new season and give attributes that correspond to that.
Pro managers and rookies who didn't race in Bahrain the first time and had no problems have cars that correspond to the full 20 race season. It shouldn't be a problem for them expect the two promoted managers
If they leave and rejoin will it be fixed?

The solution is for all Elite players affected by this bug leave and join back. The cars will be reset to the right values.
