Is there any way I can see strategies other people used in a specific track?

You will be able to see tyre choice, stints and lap by lap times by going to results and clicking on an opponents race time. You won’t be able to see push level, fuel slows or tyre wear though.
If you click on your race time you can see everything mentioned above excluding push levels.
You will also have an extensive list of races under your stats tab as well as races in the league schedule
Looking at the 2 races in your schedule so far it only looks like 2 of you actually attend the race.
Assuming you use something other than a phone to play on you can do everything described above for managers in your Elite division. You would learn more by studying their strategies

Live races are another good source. Look for competitive online leagues. You can learn a lot.
