Wow, u waste ur time with a low talented, low pysicals (Reflexes, Stamina) driver?

You know when you look on the drivers market and you find highly trained drivers with stupidly low talent.... you can thank James for that ;) 

:D For a start low aggression allows you to push the tyre harder, they don't heat up as fast as a driver with high aggression but sadly it will grow along with overtake when training attacking. I want to find out what the top speeds and fastest lap times are of a 1 talent driver to see what difference really is with talent. Lots of work to be done on the driver and I need him up to 18 experience before I can start and compare notes maybe 7 seasons of running in last ;)

Europe is a super & soft track. So the tech is expecting me to start race doing 9lap stint on supers & do 3 16lap stints on softs. Tyres will never last that long. Safer start 7lap stint supers, 4 11lap stints on soft & finish 6lap stint on supers. 5stops not 3 lol

Once I raced in singapore in full wets condition, and the drivers said "feels good" when the first five sliders were at 1, 1, 1, 100, 100.

I have never seen Singapore in the wet with any driver I have used

Super Monaco GP 3 stop race. Will be a case of risk everything for 66 laps. Cant see it working too well but if I finish in the points I will be following the Tech from now on :)

When you look at the difference in setup between Ryan & Button you can see the new update is going to make racing tighter

Looking at the setup options you see in the update, for now that is suspension, gearing priority and aerodynamics. All areas pretty much have big differences of which the gearing is the biggest followed by aero and suspension.

I would say the update is going to close the gap between the two drivers
Soft suspension Neutral Gears & Areo
They should be working together to get best setup for the car not going their own way :D

So lets experiment and think of the drivers working together and using same setup

Are you serious? I have had full trained drivers and the highest gear setting I have seen is 95
